Our plant-based skincare and hair care products contain no Parabens, Phthalates, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Propylene Glycol, and Animal Testing. 90% of our products are 100% vegan based and 10% are 97% plant based.

Shipping & Returns FAQs

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays or during the weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: Standard shipping time is 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and carrier.
International Shipping: Available to military international addresses currently.
Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped. Tracking information can be used to monitor the shipment’s progress.

Eligibility for Returns: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Refundable Items: Opened or used beauty and wellness products, Gift cards, sale or clearance items.
Return Process: Contact our customer service at admin@rafikiproducts.com to initiate a return. Customers will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the products. Returns should be shipped to the address provided by customer service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect. For damaged or incorrect items, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for the same item pricing, if available. Customers should follow the same return process and indicate the exchange request.
Damaged or Defective Products: If products arrive damaged or defective, customers should contact customer service immediately. A replacement product or a full refund will be provided at no additional cost.
